Your healthcare provider sends us a referral or doctor's script for the required MRI. This script provides us with the necessary information about your condition and ensures we perform the correct scan.

Book Your Appointment
Once we receive the doctor's script, we will reach out to schedule your appointment at a time that is most convenient for you. You can also contact us directly to book your appointment over the phone or online.

Make Payment
After booking your appointment, we will provide you with an overview of your payment options. Whether through insurance, out-of-pocket payment, or via a Letter of Protection (LOP), we make sure you understand all costs and payment methods before proceeding.

Patient MRI Scan
On the day of your appointment, you'll come in for your MRI scan. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure you're comfortable and informed. The MRI itself is non-invasive and generally takes about 30-45 minutes, depending on the type of scan.

Send Findings Report to Referring Doctor
Once the scan is complete, our experienced radiologists will analyze the images and prepare a detailed report. This report is then sent directly to your referring doctor, ensuring they have the results to make the best decisions for your care.
